Once your meals are picked up, refrigerate and consume your meals within 7 days.

Meals that are beyond seven days need to be discarded. Meals that contain leafy greens, should be consumed first since they do not keep for as long.

Meals are to be picked up on the scheduled delivery day and consumed within 5 days. If they are not picked up by day 2 from the original scheduled pick-up day, they will be discarded.

We are not responsible for any item/s not picked up after day 2 of being delivered and refunds are not available.

All microwaves vary. Open lid and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. If your meal has not reached the desired temperature, continue heating in 15 second increments. Please be aware that the container may be hot.

Yes, your meals can be frozen. This will extend the shelf life and should be consumed within 2-3 weeks.

However, your meals are at their freshest when refrigerated and consumed within 7 days. Please know, if you choose to freeze your meals the taste and texture may be altered due to the freezing and thawing process.

We follow procedures and use best practices to avoid cross contamination. However, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with common allergens.

Dialed In Nutrition meals are made in a facility that contains common allergens such as peanuts, nuts, wheat, soy, eggs, and dairy. If you suffer from food allergies, we encourage you to be cautious and use discretion when ordering meals from our facility.

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will not be able to address issues that are reported after that time frame.

We have put together a general guideline if you are not sure on what level you should purchase. We based this on individuals who are moderately active, active, or highly active. Keep in mind, these are general guidelines and we know each individual is different. Still unsure on what level is best for you?
